Community Spotlight: Phoenix Destiny

You know when you notice someone at a function and you think, “Oooh, I want to get to know them”? And then you sit down together and you realize, “Oh, this is my kin”? That’s what getting to know Phoenix has been like for me.

Phoenix Destiny (she/her) is a southern California based artist, educator, ordained minister, doctoral student - and so much more! As a self-described Freedom Doula, Phoenix is a spiritual steward for others, helping us all move toward personal freedom and collective liberation. She also specializes in providing support for child loss of all kinds, pet loss, grief work, psychedelic integration coaching and ceremony.

As a visionary and connector, Phoenix is at the helm of several communal projects that connect people to holistic care, including the Pacific Death Doula Collaborative and Medicine We Carry.
